You can either pay the down payment in full, or we have a six-month interest-free down payment schedule! Though, if you decide on the down payment schedule, you cannot live on the property until the down payment is paid in full.

Are there utilities already on the properties being sold?

Some do, but if not, there is financing available to install a well, septic, and storm cellar on the property. We make sure that electricity is available to be installed on the property, but you have to get with the provider in that area for a pole or other service.

Do I have to get qualified in order to purchase a property?

Nope, there is no credit requirement to come in and finance with us!
