Inside Dimensions
Width: 6’0”

Height: 6’2”

Every shelter includes:

  • Double handrail on steps

  • Gas-operated door closer

  • 8” wind turbine for ventilation

  • FEMA-approved design

For properties that require a well and septic system, these can be added to your storm shelter purchase for a seamless installation process.

  • Septic installation: $10,000

These costs are added to the total purchase price of the property, ensuring everything is included in one easy financing package.

Manufacturer Warranty: The manufacturer warrants that there will be no leakage in the concrete structure for a period of 10 years from the date of installation. This includes the seal where the two units are joined.

The warranty does not include moisture that may appear from time to time in the form of condensation, commonly due to temperature variations, humidity, etc. Neither does the warranty include water that may enter the structure thru the door or ventilation.

Small cracks caused by expansion and/or contraction which do not create leakage or structural problem are not covered by the warranty.

What Our Customers Say

“We had two properties that we purchased back in 2014 from here. The staff made it quick, easy, and efficient. We now have a farm and a house on the property which my family lives on. It could not have been possible without Milburn Acreages.”

– Cristy Collins (56yo)

“The people in the office treated us really well. They were very kind and courteous. It was the first property I bought with my husband back in 2015. We raised our kids here for the later part of their years and now practically raising our grandchildren here. I highly recommend Milburn if you’re looking for a place to call your own.”

– Janet Elmore (56yo)

“Extremely affordable for me and my wife. Milburn gave us an opportunity to live on our own. This property will be the future of our family for the next 2 to 3 decades.”
